Armelle Habib’s inherent wanderlust was the catalyst for a career as a lifestyle and interiors photographer and remains an ever present factor influencing her work today.

For more than 15 years, Armelle journeyed extensively throughout Asia and Australia and spent long periods living in Europe. Inspired to chronicle the culture, art, architecture and people she discovered on her travels, Armelle began to hone her talent for photography before returning to Melbourne to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Photography in 2001.

Focusing on interiors, travel, people and food, Armelle is renowned for her love of natural light, uncomplicated compositions and for capturing moments in time which are captivating and candid.

Today, Armelle’s work is published in a wide variety of leading Australian and international publications including Elle Decoration, Livingetc UK, Inside Out, Real Living, Sunday Life, Monument, Feast and Gourmet Traveller. For a full list of commercial clients, see below.

When she is not travelling, Armelle lives in Melbourne, Australia.
